Your compliance obligations remain yours

We supply software, integration work and support. Responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of your records, the figures you report, and the returns you file rests with your business.

You remain the registered person before FBR and any provincial authority. Nothing in our service transfers that responsibility to us.

Requirements change

Digital invoicing rules, thresholds, tier classifications and technical specifications are revised from time to time by FBR and by provincial revenue authorities. Content on this site reflects our understanding at the time of writing and may become out of date.

Check the current position with the relevant authority or your tax adviser before making a decision that depends on it.

What we do not guarantee

We work to have every invoice transmitted and validated correctly, but we cannot guarantee that every submission will be accepted, that a particular timeline will be met, or that no penalty, notice or assessment will arise. Outcomes depend on your data, your systems and decisions taken by the authorities.

Systems outside our control

Transmission depends on services we do not operate, including FBR IRIS, provincial portals, your own billing or point of sale systems, and your internet connection. Outages, maintenance windows or changes at any of these can interrupt invoicing, and we are not liable for interruptions originating outside our own systems.
