Who we are
Ebeaconsofts SMC PVT LTD operates this website and provides FBR digital invoicing, PRA invoicing and FBR POS integration services to businesses in Pakistan. Our office is at Office No. 34, Business and Commerce Center, Paris Road, Sialkot.
This policy explains what information we collect when you use this website or engage us as a service provider, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
The law that applies
Pakistan has not yet enacted a comprehensive personal data protection statute. The Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016, as amended in 2025, is currently the principal law addressing misuse of personal information, and a Personal Data Protection Bill has been in draft for several years without being passed into law.
We handle personal data in line with the law as it stands, alongside our contractual confidentiality obligations to clients. If comprehensive data protection legislation comes into force in Pakistan, we will review and update this policy accordingly.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you contact us through the website form, by phone, or over WhatsApp, we receive your name, business name, phone number, email address, and whatever you choose to tell us about your systems, registration status and requirements.
Information collected automatically. Our web server records standard technical information when you visit, including IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and the page that referred you. This is used to keep the site running and secure.

Client, invoice and tax data
This section matters most if you engage us as a service provider rather than simply visiting the site.
Delivering our services can require us to access your sales tax registration details, invoice records, the names and addresses of your own customers as they appear on those invoices, point of sale transaction data, and in some cases credentials for FBR or provincial revenue authority portals.
We treat all of this as your confidential business information. Specifically:
- It is used only to deliver the service you have engaged us for.
- It is never sold, rented, or shared for marketing purposes.
- Access is limited to the members of our team who need it for the work.
- Portal credentials are stored securely and used only within the scope you have authorised.
- Ownership of your records remains with you at all times.
How we use information
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare a quotation.
- To deliver, configure and support the services you have engaged us for.
- To complete registrations and submissions on your behalf where you have asked us to.
- To keep our own business, accounting and tax records.
- To maintain the security and performance of this website.
We do not use your information to make automated decisions that produce legal effects for you.
Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell personal data. We share information only in these circumstances:
- Revenue authorities. Where the service requires submission of invoice or registration data to FBR, the Punjab Revenue Authority, or another authority on your behalf.
- Service providers. Companies that host or operate the systems we rely on, such as our web hosting provider, acting on our instructions.
- Professional advisers. Our accountants or legal advisers where genuinely necessary.
- Legal requirement. Where we are required to disclose by law, regulation, or an order of a court or competent authority.
WhatsApp and messaging
Several buttons on this site open a conversation with our WhatsApp number. Messages you send that way are carried and stored by WhatsApp under its own privacy terms, which we do not control. We retain the conversation as a record of your enquiry and the work discussed.
Please do not send passwords, portal credentials, or other sensitive access details over WhatsApp. If credentials are needed for your project, we will tell you a safer way to provide them.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses cookies that are necessary for it to function, including cookies set by our caching system to serve pages quickly. These do not identify you personally.
Where we use analytics to understand how the site is used, the data is aggregated and used to improve the site rather than to build a profile of you. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings, though parts of the site may not work as intended if you do.
How we protect information
This site is served over an encrypted connection. We limit access to client data to the people who need it, keep our systems updated, and store credentials using appropriate protection.
No method of transmission over the internet or of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affecting your data occurs, we will inform you promptly and tell you what we know and what we are doing about it.
How long we keep information
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are kept only as long as they remain useful for following up. Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement and afterwards for as long as we are required to retain them for accounting, tax and legal purposes, or for as long as needed to support you on the work we did.
You can ask us to delete information sooner, and we will do so where no legal obligation requires us to keep it.

- Ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
- Ask us to delete information, subject to our legal retention obligations.
- Ask us to stop contacting you about our services.
- Withdraw consent you previously gave, where our use relies on it.

This site links to external websites, including revenue authority portals and WhatsApp. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites, and we encourage you to read their policies before providing information to them.
Children
Our services are provided to businesses. This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under eighteen. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services, our systems, or the law change. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Where a change materially affects how we handle client data, we will tell affected clients directly.
